Gate Light Design (GLD hereinafter) is a design agency located in Tosu-city of Saga.
Sekimitsu, the representative of GLD studied formative design and engineering at Kyoto Institute of Technology and built his career in design firms. Being an operator of 3 business units including Catalyst associates LLP that he co-founded in 2010, he founded GLD in 2016.
Admitted as a member of JID (Japan Interior architects/designers association) and an official adviser at Organization for Small & Medium Enterprises and Regional Innovation, he has released a series of successful creations and won awards including Fukuoka Design Award.

Message

GLD is located in Tosu city of Saga. Though it is a small town in Kyushu area, we actually work with customers from all over Japan and even globally due to the easy access of only 30 minutes’ drive to Fukuoka International Airport. Quick and energetic work is one of our strengths.

We are also proud of our design-oriented approach to projects. Besides, our one-stop solution helps to standardize the image, to minimize the cost, and to act flexibly through our elaborate presentations and project management optimization in accordance with our customers’ needs.

GLD provides a wide range of services including branding, merchandising, production arrangement, visual merchandising, regional brand building, business planning, products design, sales channel planning, etc. To design something, we first construct an idea out of our customers’ potential needs.
